Here are pictures of the Nipntuck gang at the Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac 2008. We are so happy to have come home from the Potomac with five firsts, a third, and a fourth out of seven classes, AND the Best Bred By Exhibitor Overall Award. And we had to defeat the beautiful Winners Dog to do so! We are very pleased with the four we took--Booty, first in BBE bitches (entry of 40) and Best BBE, Barry, first in 12-18 regular and 15-18 month sweepstakes dogs, Genie, first in 12-18 regular (out of 37) and 12-15 month sweepstakes bitches, and Rudy, third in 6-9 mo dogs sweeps and fourth in the regular classes. There are also pictures of me showing Nat in BOB and Jennifer Hanjy showing their beautiful Flute, and Stephanie showing her chocolate Scamper in 6-9 month bitches, plus a few of our parties! A good time was had by all. :)
A big thanks to Stephanie, Jen, and Allison for all the pictures. I was a little too stunned, I think, and didn't take any myself, except of Jen and Flute. BTW, this is a very large file, it will take a few minutes to load.
Oh, and my old mind just realized that this is actually the third time a Nipntuck dog has had its name engraved on the Potomac Best BBE Trophy--Archie did in 1997, Caper in 2004, and now Booty. The last time I attended Potomac was 2004, so this is two in a row. :)
